By playing GothMania, you agree that: - you are at or over the specified age for playing, and understand that if you break any of the site rules pertaining to age (in particular the rule about cyber sex relationships) you will be banned permanently from the site. Other breaches of rules will b dealt with as staff members see fit due to severity and frequency of the offence(s). - edited modules by Neltharion, Autumn or GothMania, translations, creatures and other unique features of the site are sole property of Autumn and Neltharion, and that their permission or that of the coders for other edited, or unique modules must be sought for anything to be used. - playing on GothMania is a privilege and not a right. Consequently the owners and staff of the site may decide to refuse you access to the site, by temporarily or permanently banning you. - admin of GothMania can and will change the rules and terms of use at any time they see fit and it is your duty as a player to check both of these regularly. |
